RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At CLAZOIRE, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging and certificates are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or engraved items
- Solid gold jewelry (10K/14K/18K)
- Grillz or earrings (due to hygiene)
- Items marked as final sale
3. RETURN PROCESS
- Contact contact@carbonelife.com for an RMA number
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Once received and approved, refunds will be processed (shipping fees are non-refundable)
4. EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping; we cover the cost to send the replacement.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
6. RESTOCKING FEE
Returns processed for refunds (not exchanges) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. We recommend insured and trackable shipping methods.
